Jeffrey Ray graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law in Baltimore, Maryland in 1991. He is a member of the Maryland and Colorado State Bar associations. Dr. Ray is a subject matter expert with specializations in Project Management, Systems Engineering and Organizational Learning. He enjoys teaching graduate-level college courses at UMBC, George Mason University, Shepherd University, and SMC University in Zug, Switzerland in his spare time, as well as mentoring international doctoral candidates through the research dissertation process. Some of Jeff’s qualifications include: Registered Professional Engineer (Virginia), Registered PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP), Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Certified Digital Transformation Executive. Jeff is excited to bring a lifetime of unique contributions in the federal sector to The Ray Legal Group, LLC to assist the firm in its growing federal employee practice.
